Multicrete Systems Inc., headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is a leader in the Shotcrete and Concrete industry. Multicrete specializes in both producing material and building customized equipment for such industry.
We are currently seeking to expand our CAD Department by adding a designer to our Winnipeg branch.

Responsibilities and Duties
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, the CAD Designer will be responsible for producing drawings related to our customized equipment. Specifically, duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Creating 3D models and producing drawings;
- Identifying hardware details and material lists that may be required;
- Prepare General Arrangement drawing to determine equipment layout on job sites;
- Generate installation procedures on equipment;
- Identifying and documenting all information for accuracy of drawings;
- Interpret specifications related to the drawings;
- Work with the fabrication personal to ensure drawings are being built accurately;
- Generate Bill of Materials and Cut-List for the shop floor;
- Prepare as built drawings and design modifications based on those field measurements;
- Any duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 2 years drafting experience with SolidWorks;
- Minimum 3-4 Years experience in the CAD Designer;
- Familiarity with AutoCAD;
- Experience mechanical design and steel fabrication would be considered an asset;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC usage;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
