Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of food items and beverages with attention to quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with integrity
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas and dining spaces
- Assist customers with menu selections, upselling items to enhance their experience
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments
- Familiarity with POS systems,



especially Micros POS, for efficient transaction processing
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks seamlessly during peak hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to perform cashiering duties accurately and responsibly
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling, pricing, and order calculations
- Kitchen experience or background in the food industry is highly desirable
- Effective communication skills for serving customers and collaborating with team members
- Enthusiastic about upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction
