Medical Aesthetics Clinic – Toronto / Markham Area

We are looking for a professional, personable, and service-oriented Call Center / Front Desk Client Care Representative to join our medical aesthetics clinic.

This client-facing role combines customer service, appointment coordination, client follow-up, and front desk responsibilities.

Previous medical aesthetics experience is an asset. Candidates with experience in customer service, beauty, spa, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or other client-facing roles are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly
- Answer general questions about clinic services, appointments, and policies
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
- Follow up with clients regarding consultations, appointments, and treatment inquiries
- Communicate with clients through phone, text, email, and other clinic channels
- Welcome and check in clients at the front desk
- Assist with client check-in and check-out
- Maintain accurate client and appointment records
- Coordinate with physicians, aestheticians, and other team members
- Support the daily operation and organization of the front desk
- Learn the clinic’s treatments, technologies, and basic medical aesthetics terminology

Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, well-presented, and personable




- Friendly, confident, and comfortable communicating with clients
- Strong customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Willing and able to learn new treatments, systems, and terminology
- Interested in beauty, skincare, wellness, or medical aesthetics

Experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic clinics, front desk, reception, customer service, call center, beauty, spa, healthcare, hospitality, or retail is considered an asset. We value communication skills, professionalism, customer service ability, and willingness to learn.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
