Pomerleau is seeking a Campus Recruitment Advisor to attract and engage top emerging talent across Canada. You will lead campus recruitment for internships, co-ops, and current graduate roles, and build strong partnerships with universities, colleges, and student organizations. You will travel across Canada (~25%), collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies, support onboarding and intern experience, and contribute to employer branding aimed at students and early-career talent.
