ideally in a hybrid player‑coach role5+ years of experience in power generation and/or energy‑related salesStrong familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and structured sales processesProven track record of personally driving revenue growth while leading teamsExperience building and scaling current or emerging business segments preferredExcellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical and business value to diverse audiencesStrong presentation skills, including delivering pitches, proposals, and project updatesDemonstrated strength in negotiation, proposal development, and deal closure within commercial frameworksAbility to collaborate cross‑functionally and produce high-quality reports, proposals, and documentationHigh level of ownership and autonomy, with strong decision‑making, self‑management, and client relationship management skillsValid driver’s license and eligibility to travel in Canada and the United StatesWork Location: Preference is for candidates to be within a commutable distance to one of our office locations. However, we recognize that the right talent can thrive from anywhere—fully remote candidates will be considered for the right fit.Salary: $97,700–$122,100 annually (based on skills, experience, qualifications, and geography).
