The position partners with Finance, People & Culture, and other lines of business to design and facilitate practical, effective training that builds employee capability, supports organizational priorities, and enables successful adoption of current systems and processes. The successful candidate will bring strong experience in adult learning, facilitation, and program development, along with the ability to create engaging learning experiences. Experience in digital learning design and micro‑learning is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Finance, People & Culture, and other lines of business to identify learning needs and development prioritiesDesign and facilitate training programs, including onboarding, technical, systems, and professional skills training, to support business and implementation prioritiesSupport training and change readiness activities related to Workday or other HR systems and process implementationsDevelop structured and scalable learning approaches to support employee developmentCreate clear, accessible learning materials (presentations, guides, and job aids)Facilitate training sessions (virtual and in person)
