About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Scrum Master Intern to join our team. This position is ideal for a Master's level student with a solid interest in Agile methodologies and project management. As a Scrum Master Intern, you will support our Scrum Masters in facilitating Agile processes, ensuring effective communication, and driving the success of our development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Scrum Masters in planning and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers,



and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor and report on team progress, helping to identify and remove impediments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices within the team.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including sprint backlogs and task boards.
- Support the team in achieving a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects.

About You:

- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master's program in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is an asset.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
