For those who dream big and push boundaries on the ground and in the stars to change the world for the better, we’ll take you there.Role SummaryProvides enterprise leadership for a portfolio of large, complex business transformation initiatives spanning core processes, systems, data, and operating model change.Accountable for the end-to-end transformation lifecycle—from strategy and business case through delivery, adoption, and sustained value realization—ensuring initiatives are executed on scope, schedule, budget, and achieve measurable business outcomes.Drives strategic alignment, investment prioritization, and delivery performance across the enterprise, while establishing governance, delivery discipline, and organizational capability required to scale transformation and improve business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate enterprise strategy into an integrated transformation roadmap and prioritized portfolio of initiativesEstablish portfolio sequencing and investment strategies based on value, risk, readiness, and capacityOwn portfolio investment performance, including funding allocation, forecasting,
