We are looking for a Manager to join our team—a role where your expertise will drive meaningful outcomes and your ambition will help shape what comes next.Your roleIdentify and resolve accounting, audit, and simple tax issuesConduct detailed reviews of compilation, review, and audit engagementsLead and manage assurance and non-assurance engagementsWork closely with Partners to develop and implement accounting and tax strategiesLead practice and professional development initiativesMentor, train and develop junior staffManage engagement financials including budgets, WIP, variances and billingProvide personal, attentive service to clients and identify service opportunitiesWhat you bring to the tableCPA designation or equivalent work experienceMinimum 5 years of public accounting experienceStrong technical knowledgeExcellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), Caseware/Caseview, TaxPrep, QuickBooks Online and/or any other tax preparation softwareExcellent attention to detail, interpersonal, verbal and written communication,
