MLSE is seeking a Facility Security Officer dedicated to creating a secure, secure atmosphere for fans. This role involves providing professional fan service, addressing inquiries, and managing emergency situations. You will work closely with team members to enforce safety protocols and enhance the event experience at venues like Scotiabank Arena and BMO Field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver championship-level fan service during events
• Respond diplomatically to service inquiries
• Report and follow up on incidents promptly
• Assist in emergencies, including evacuations
• Ensure compliance with MLSE safety and service standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid Security License (Bill C-159)
• Previous security experience required
• First-Aid/CPR training mandatory
• Smart Serve certification required
