Agnico Eagle was founded in 1957 and has consistently created value for its shareholders, declaring a cash dividend every year since 1983.ResponsibilitiesProvide intranet (SharePoint) posting support for intranets globally and support the new intranet global build project in multiple languages.Develop content, layout, graphic design and post to AEM TV via the content management system.Support content management for Digital Asset Management Tool.Create graphic design, content development, translation coordination and support for various global and Toronto-based communications,
plans and campaigns for various corporate departments.Coordinate and produce content to promote employee events, town halls, awards and special employee campaigns in collaboration with the Corporate Office Human Resources team.Research, write, coordinate translations, and arrange photo/video assets to develop and produce content.Provide general administrative project support for various corporate and regional communications initiatives.What you need to succeedCurrently enrolled in post‑secondary education, preferably in digital media, social media, communications, marketing or related field.Strong verbal communications with excellent writing and editing skills.Outstanding attention to detail; able to proofread, fact‑check and troubleshoot.Experience in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator or Canva.Well‑versed in all Microsoft Office products.Exceptional organizational skills; comfortable prioritizing and balancing multiple schedules and deadlines.Works collaboratively and resourcefully within a team and can thrive independently as well.Self‑starter and problem solver.PreferredKnowledge of digital asset management and SharePoint (content, updates, linkage, etc.).Experience managing content for the web (internet/intranet) using a Content Management System.Experience writing blog articles and short‑form content for social media.Bilingual (English and French) would be a great asset.Dates: September 7 2026 to December 18, 2026Salary: $28.95 per hourLocation: Toronto, OntarioWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 5:00 (flexible). Hybrid location with 3 days required in the office and 2 days working from home.Compensation StatementIn accordance with applicable legislation, the expected compensation includes base salary and potential bonus prospect.
