WE’RE HIRING: CAN/ULC-S1001 INTEGRATED TESTING COORDINATOR

Oak Ridge Building Solutions is looking for a motivated Integrated Testing Coordinator to join our growing Fire and Life Safety team.

This position will support the planning, coordination, execution and documentation of CAN/ULC-S1001 integrated systems testing across high-rise residential, commercial and institutional properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate integrated testing with clients, property management teams, contractors and system representatives
- Assist with the preparation and review of Integrated Testing Plans
- Schedule testing activities and confirm site readiness
- Coordinate fire alarm, sprinkler, electrical, elevator, generator, smoke-control and other interconnected systems
- Track deficiencies, repairs, retesting and outstanding documentation
- Prepare accurate testing records, reports and closeout packages
- Maintain clear communication with field technicians, clients and project stakeholders
- Help ensure all work meets applicable CAN/ULC-S1001 requirements

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fire alarm, electrical, sprinkler, building systems or life-safety coordination
- Robust organizational, communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties, schedules and stakeholders
- CFAA,



electrical or other relevant technical experience is considered an asset
- Familiarity with CAN/ULC-S1001 is an asset but not required

Training Available: Oak Ridge will provide training and mentorship for the right candidate. Individuals with a strong fire alarm, electrical, sprinkler, project coordination or building-operations background are encouraged to apply.
