Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive cleaning of vehicle exteriors, including washing, waxing, and polishing to enhance appearance and protect paintwork
- Detail vehicle interiors by vacuuming carpets, cleaning upholstery, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring a spotless cabin environment
- Use specialized cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively to achieve optimal results
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and communicate findings to the team or customers as needed




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing process
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all tools and supplies are organized and properly stored
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or damage during the detailing process

Experience

- Prior experience in cleaning or vehicle detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for cleanliness and quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods comfortably
- Good communication skills to understand customer needs and relay information clearly
