Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing
- Use specialized cleaning tools and products to remove dirt, stains, and debris from all surfaces
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and communicate findings to management
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring satisfaction with the detailing process
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained
- Follow safety protocols when handling chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or issues promptly
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning or vehicle detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods during shifts
