Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their vehicle wash needs in a lively, qualified manner
- Operate various car wash equipment safely and efficiently to deliver quality results
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, drying, vacuuming, and window cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including equipment and surrounding spaces, to ensure safety and efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage cash register operations or payment processing accurately when applicable
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Ability to stand for extended periods, perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and moving equipment comfortably
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude towards customers and team members
- Attention to detail to ensure every vehicle is cleaned to high standards
