Responsibilities

- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to ensure comfort and dignity
- Support medication administration according to care plans and safety protocols
- Prepare meals and assist as needed, respecting dietary restrictions and preferences
- Maintain a clean and secure environment by performing light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry




- Provide companionship and emotional support to foster social engagement and reduce feelings of isolation
- Observe and report changes in health status or behavior to nursing staff or supervisors promptly
- Follow care plans accurately while adhering to all safety, health, and privacy regulations

Skills
