Seeking a Full time Caregiver to Assist an Individual with Autism

Location: St. Albert

Hours/Days: Monday to Fridays: 8:30 am - 4:30pm

One 4-hour shift, either Wednesdays pm or Saturday

Rate of Pay: $25.25/hr

: Duties include but are not limited to supporting independent living skills (meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry), assist with finding volunteer and work placement opportunities, medication reminders, support on outings, planning weekly activities, supervision and companionship.

Qualifications and Other Requirements: the successful candidate must have an updated criminal record check containing the Vulnerable sector check portion and driver’s license/vehicle for outings. Candidate must either have a Health Care Aide certificate and/or a minimum of 6 months experience in the health care field. An understanding of developmental disabilities/mental health issues is considered an asset. Willing to work with new HCA grads.





As a Support worker, you will play a vital role in providing assistance and support to individuals in their homes and community. We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills, are compassionate and patient, and have strong organizational abilities. You will work closely with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure their well-being and comfort.
