-A background in residential carpentry, particularly with renovations, is an asset.
-Registered apprentice/journeyperson will be considered an asset.
-Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential. Safety is a top priority on all job sites, and adherence to proper safety protocols is required. Appropriate workwear must be worn at all times. A respectful and professional work workplace is expected and necessary.
-We cover St. John's, Mount Pearl, Conception Bay South, Paradise and some surrounding areas.
-Own transportation is a must.
Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry tasks including but not limited to -- framing, trim, drywall, some flooring, install windows and doors,
demo, site prep, among others.
- Read and interpret plans, and project descriptions to ensure accurate construction and renovation.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively in various projects.
- Collaborate with team members to complete renovations on time and within budget.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety standards.
- Own transportation is a must.
Wages are determined by experience and ability. Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour
