We're growing and we need another strong carpenter on the tools.

The Role

Hands-on carpentry across our full range of work. Some weeks you're hanging doors, running trim and installing cabinetry. Others you're framing a basement development or an addition, or outside on decks, fences, siding, soffit, fascia and capping.

You'll work alongside a lead hand or, as you prove yourself, take smaller jobs of your own.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll produce quality finished carpentry and framing on residential sites. You'll work from plans and details and get it right the first time.

You'll flag problems early rather than building past them. You'll keep sites clean, organized and client-ready, and document your work in Jobber and CompanyCam.

Most of our work happens in homes people are living in, so professionalism on site is part of the job.

Standards & Expectations

Start times mean tools on and ready, not arriving at the site.

We prioritize proper prep, sequencing and quality over rushing or cutting corners.

What We're Looking For

You have 3+ years of residential construction or renovation experience.





You're robust in at least two major skill sets such as framing, finishing carpentry, drywall, tile, siding, windows and doors, or flooring.

You communicate clearly and professionally in English. You can read a set of plans and work to it.

You hold a valid Class 5 licence with a clean abstract, have a reliable vehicle, and bring your own basic tools.

Preferred Assets

Journeyperson or multi-skilled carpenters are strong assets.

Siding, soffit and capping experience is an asset. Experience with Jobber or CompanyCam is an advantage. Safety tickets and current first aid are considered assets.
