Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, providing product information and recommendations.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Conduct product demos when applicable to showcase features and benefits to customers.
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to enhance product visibility and appeal.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly,



and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Follow phone etiquette standards when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries.

Experience

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising principles is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Experience in technology sales or product demos is beneficial for engaging customers effectively.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
