- Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases in a professional manner
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and balancing at shift end
- Provide product demos and upsell relevant items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Offer excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently while maintaining accuracy

Skills

- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse customers
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred, especially with POS systems and cash handling
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain product features and answer customer questions
- Demonstrated ability in customer service, sales, and upselling techniques to maximize store revenue
- Basic math skills for quick calculations and transaction accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandising tasks and maintain a tidy checkout area
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service
- Bilingual proficiency (English required) enhances communication with a broader customer base
- Knowledge of retail merchandising, product demos, and technology sales is advantageous
