Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. This role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring their experience is exceptional from the moment they arrive. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers as they enter the establishment, providing a warm welcome.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering inquiries and directing guests appropriately.
- Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments and maintaining accurate cash registers.
- Conduct product demonstrations to inform customers about offerings and enhance their experience.
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized front-of-house area, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for guests at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.




- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout shifts.

Skills

- Solid organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred, with an emphasis on upselling techniques.
- Excellent time management abilities to navigate busy periods effectively.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Smart Serve Certification is an asset.
