Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or answering questions about merchandise.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges with accuracy.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties responsibly.
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and optimize product placement.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and transparent communication skills.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick checkout lines and a positive shopping experience.




- Support inventory management by assisting with stock replenishment and product organization as needed.

Qualifications

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred, especially with technical or electronics products.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging a diverse customer base.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for accurate transactions.
- Experience with merchandising, product demos, and upselling techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service-oriented attitude with the ability to handle phone etiquette professionally.
- Technical sales experience or knowledge of technology products can be beneficial but is not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
