Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Cashier/Customer Service Associate to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our store, providing exceptional service to customers while efficiently handling transactions. Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, inquiries, and product information
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end
- Conduct product demos and upselling to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently while maintaining high service standards

Skills

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse customers
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles
- Strong communication skills with a friendly phone etiquette for remote or in-store inquiries
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of POS systems and retail technology tools
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and engage customers through upselling techniques
- Excellent organizational skills for maintaining store displays and inventory management
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is a plus but not required
