Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
- Manage cash register operations, including balancing cash drawers at shift end
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with current products
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and effective communication skills




- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product organization
- Demonstrate phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or assisting remote customers
- Utilize basic math skills for transaction accuracy and sales calculations

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising practices is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role
