Job DescriptionThe Laborer/Operators job is to obtain directives from Shift Supervisor to safely and proficiently operate various types of equipment and to clean where and when necessary. The responsibilities encompass the entire plant.Operate under direction of plant supervisionTo obtain directives from Shift Supervisor Safely and proficiently operate various types of equipment involving shifting gears. Ability to work of equipment as well doing general labor. Experience with running loaders, dozers, trucks, backhoeAssist with non-mechanical duties such as screen installationFollow lockout proceduresObtain, use and maintain PPEObtain, use and maintain assigned Tool KitMake sure work area is safe and free of debrisEnsure that all guards are in place in the immediate work areaWork will be performed as per supervisor’s instructionsAssist plant personnel when needed (i.E.
