Pay levels are based on experience and our pay per visit starts at $26.75 to $35.40.Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in the community. Youhave clinical skills and knowledge of wound management, infusion therapy, palliative care, and chronic disease management.Provide patient-focused, secure, holistic nursing care and work collaboratively with other members of the health care teamEnsure that nursing care provided to our patients is based on best practices to achieve successful outcomesContinually assess, anticipate,
