We're hiring people with carpentry experience and/or machine operating experience (excavator, road building) who are ready to work, contribute, and grow with the company.ResponsibilitiesPerform framing, formwork, and general carpentry work.Assist with asphalt projects.Read and follow drawings, plans, and site instructions.Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately.Support the crew to keep projects moving efficiently.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.QualificationsLevel 3 Carpentry Apprentice, Red Seal, or solid hands‑on experience.Comfortable working outdoors in a rapid‑paced environment.Strong work ethic, reliability,
