OpportunityWe're looking to fill an opening for a Senior Change Manager to join our Enterprise Change Management team for 12 months.Reporting to the Director, Change Management, the Senior Change Manager will lead and deliver a portfolio of multiple change initiatives across our organization. This role is critical in driving enterprise adoption, building readiness, and ensuring business outcomes are realized. You proactively encourage collaboration, build trust and inclusion, and work to establish effective relationships both inside and outside of the organizationWhat your day looks likeDevelop and lead change management strategies and plans to support organizational goals and drive enterprise adoptionEnsure consistency and scalability of change management practices across the enterpriseManage complex stakeholder environments across functional areas and geographiesCoach senior leaders to sponsor and role model change behaviors by giving expertiseLead change management activities, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagementDevelop and maintain change management deliverables including impact assessments, change plans, and status reportsMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make necessary adjustmentsAct as a trusted advisor to project teams and leaders on change management best practices and strategic directionIdentify and mitigate risks associated with change initiativesDevelop, evolve and embed change governance models, such as an enterprise change committeeMentor change managers and build internal change capabilityFoster a culture of continuous improvement and innovationTailor change approaches to both waterfall and agile project methodologies, ensuring flexibility and alignment to business needsYour experience and skillsBachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. AN MBA or related masters is preferred10+ years' experience with proven success in enterprise transformationProven background in consulting (Big 4 experience preferred) and industry experience within financial servicesStrong understanding and demonstratable use of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.G., Prosci/ADKAR)Experience scaling change functions or a center of excellenceDemonstrated and successful delivery of change initiatives in both traditional (waterfall)
