well‐being and safety of themselves and their team.Ensure strong governance, compliance, and reporting.What We Are Looking ForStrategic leadership and enterprise thinking.Strong business and financial acumen, including revenue modelling and cost management.Experience in revenue diversification and/or social enterprise development.Market insight and ability to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.Partnership development with a commercial and strategic lens.Change leadership and transformation management.Data‐driven decision‐making and performance management.Executive communication and influence (government, funders, industry).7–10 years of progressive leadership experience, including leadership responsibility for strategy, financial performance, and team development.Demonstrated experience in building or scaling programs.Proven success in developing diversified revenue streams (e.G., fee‐for‐service, partnerships, or social enterprise models).Experience managing P&L or program budgets with accountability for financial outcomes.Strong understanding of workforce development and employment services.Experience working with government funding systems.Post‐secondary education in business, public administration, social services, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience considered an asset).Goodwill Industries OGL thanks all applicants in advance.
