Director of Health Administration - CORGovernment of Saskatchewan intends to appoint a senior leader who will influence and advance health, mental health, and addictions services across provincial correctional facilities. Reporting to the Executive Director of Health Services, the Director of Health Administration will provide systemwide strategic leadership that shapes policies, standards, and operational practices across seven correctional health units. This role is critical in improving health outcomes, integrating innovative service models, and ensuring consistent, high‑quality care for individuals in custody while supporting the ministry's vision of safe and just communities.The ministry seeks a knowledgeable, cooperative leader with experience navigating complex health systems, ideally within corrections, government, or public health environments. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who applies data and evidence to policy and program design,
builds strong relationships with internal and external partners, and leads teams through change.Key QualificationsExperience in health policy development, performance measurement, and quality improvement.Understanding of public health legislation, correctional health operations, and digital health solutions such as electronic health records and virtual care.Expertise in workforce planning, education strategies, and culturally secure, trauma‑informed care.Undergraduate degree in a regulated health profession (preferably with a clinical background); postgraduate education in health administration or leadership is an asset; professional licensure and progressive leadership experience is preferred.Compensation$9,515 - $12,367 Monthly#J-18808-Ljbffr
