You will help us grow our business, drive a step change in procurement services for major energy and natural resources programs, and contribute to our thought leadership.ResponsibilitiesImplementation of transformational initiativesCategory managementProgram contract developmentSupply chain rationalisationSupplier relationship managementSupplier performance managementProcurement centres of excellenceInnovation and industrial strategyCollaboration business relationship strategiesCompliance managementImplementation of strategic initiativesMarket intelligence analysisDelivery models and procurement and contract strategiesSupply chain integration strategyBusiness case and commercial strategiesContract performance strategyDelivery of major programmes and projectsMarket engagementDevelopment of procurement and contract documentationRFP and proposal management and evaluationCommercial contract draftingContract and commercial alignmentContract performance managementCommercial peer reviewsContribute to the development of our capabilities catalogue, focusing on technology that benefits clients and industry.Manage team support and team‑management activities.Assist with business development and acquisition activities.Lead corporate programs to deliver tangible results.Engage in external thought leadership development and become a go‑to person for our services.Take ownership for specific corporate programmes and deliver measurable outcomes.Follow SOX control responsibilities where applicable.QualificationsMinimum of 8 years demonstrable experience in procurement, contracts or supply‑chain management in large capital projects.Confident, independent, and able to work autonomously.Experience delivering services in infrastructure, oil & gas, net zero, pharmaceutical, government, manufacturing or real estate.Successfully delivered contractual frameworks and templates that enable economies of scale across portfolios.Client‑management experience, including presentations and reports to senior stakeholders.Extensive working knowledge of key procurement, contract, or supply‑chain techniques with understanding of regional differences.Knowledge and experience of construction and professional services contracts and/or supply‑chain agreements.Desired Qualifications and AccreditationsUniversity degree, preferably in Engineering, Law, Construction Management or Supply Chain Management.Professional accreditations such as ASCM, PMP,

This range is a reflection of base salary only, not a total compensation package.
