This is an excellent opportunityto gain hands‑on experience in project management within a dynamic factorysetting.Your TasksProject Planning:Assist in thedevelopment of project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, andresource allocation.Project Execution:Oversee theday-to-day activities of facility projects, ensuring they progressaccording to plan and are completed on time and within budget.Vendor Management:Collaboratewith external contractors and suppliers, managing relationships andensuring they adhere to project requirements.Documentation:Maintain accurateproject documentation, including contracts, change orders,
and progressreports.Quality Control:Monitor andenforce quality standards and safety protocols throughout projectexecution.Budget Management:Track projectexpenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints.Stakeholder Communication:Maintainclear and effective communication with project stakeholders, includingfactory leadership and team members.Problem Solving:Identify andaddress project issues and risks proactively, finding solutions to keepprojects on track.Reporting:Prepare regular projectstatus reports and presentations for senior management.Continuous Improvement:Contributeideas and suggestions for process improvements and best practices inproject management.RequirementsBachelor's degree in engineering, projectsmanagement, or a related field preferred.Mechanical/Mechatronics/ElectricalEngineers are preferred.1-2 years of relevant experience inproject managementStrong organizational and time-managementskills.Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.Proficiency in project management softwareand Microsoft Office Suite; AutoCAD experience is an asset.Ability to work independently and as partof a team.Knowledge of safety regulations andindustry best practices.PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.We OfferThe opportunityto gain practical experience in the field of optical current measurementtechnology and sustainable energy transmission in an innovative companyYou will work in a motivated team on forward-looking projects and gain insights into the latest technologiesSupport from experienced professionals in handling the latest measurement technologyAn hourly rate of pay of $30 - $40Our Commitment to Inclusion and AccessibilityTrench is an equal‑opportunity employer and is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
