WCB Alberta is offering a permanent full-time position for an Occupational Therapist I at Millard Health. You will play a critical role in enhancing rehabilitation outcomes while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. Deliver innovative services to clients requiring support following workplace injuries, focusing on their unique needs and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:



• Collaborate effectively with service partners and specialists • Create and implement individualized treatment strategies • Deliver assessments and education in one-on-one or group settings • Conduct functional capacity evaluations as needed • Participate in specialized program teams as required

Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy • Registration in positive standing with Alberta’s College of Occupational Therapists • Experience in rehabilitation, mental health, or private practice preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Valid Alberta Driver’s license for off-site service delivery
