Responsibilities
- Repair smartphones, tablets (screens, batteries, software issues)
- Assist customers with device, accessory, and service recommendations
- Meet sales targets and provide outstanding service
- Explain repairs and update customers on progress
- Maintain organized workspace and repair records
Requirements
- Experience in phone repair or retail sales (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
