DreamWash Halifax is looking for an experienced Ceramic Coating and Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a skilled detailer who takes pride in precision work and wants to grow with a busy, quality-focused shop.

Responsibilities:

- Prep vehicle surfaces (decontamination, paint correction, polishing) prior to coating or film application
- Apply ceramic coatings to exterior paint, wheels, glass, and trim per manufacturer specs
- Install PPF (full front, full body, or partial kits) with clean edges, minimal seams, and no bubbling or lifting
- Use plotter/pre-cut PPF patterns as well as hand-cut applications when needed
- Inspect finished work for defects and correct before vehicle release
- Maintain a clean, organized, dust-free work bay
- Communicate professionally with customers about coating/film care and warranty terms
- Keep accurate records of services performed per vehicle

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience installing ceramic coatings AND PPF (both required)
- Strong understanding of paint correction techniques (compounding, polishing, defect removal)




- Experience with PPF plotter software and/or hand-cutting film a plus
- Steady hands, sharp eye for detail, and patience for meticulous work
- Ability to work in a controlled, dust-free environment for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained
- Valid driver's license (must be able to move/park customer vehicles)
- Portfolio or photos of past work preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

- Manufacturer certifications (e.g., Ceramic Pro, XPEL, 3M, SunTek, etc.)
- Experience with window tint installation (bonus, not required)
