In this role, you’ll lead the end‑to‑end delivery of Robotic Process Automation initiatives, working closely with Wealth technology and business partners across Private Wealth, Global Asset Management, Retail Investment Technology and Insurance.This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role where you’ll balance strategy, delivery, and governance, ensuring automation initiatives are secure, scalable, and aligned with BMO’s enterprise technology and regulatory standards.What You’ll DoLead RPA Strategy & DeliveryDefine and execute the RPA roadmap for Wealth Management, aligned with BMO’s broader automation strategyLead the full automation lifecycle, from intake and prioritization through design, development, testing, and production deploymentEnsure solutions are scalable, reusable, and designed to support long‑term business objectivesPartner with the BusinessServe as the primary RPA point of contact for Wealth Management stakeholdersTranslate business needs into practical, high‑value automation solutionsProvide thought leadership on how automation can improve advisor experience, client outcomes, and operational efficiencyGovernance, Risk & ComplianceEstablish and uphold RPA governance standards, controls, and best practicesEnsure automations meet BMO requirements related to:Information securityRisk managementAudit and regulatory complianceWork closely with Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Technology teams throughout the automation lifecyclePlatform & Technical OversightOwn Wealth Management’s use of enterprise RPA platforms such as UiPath and Microsoft Power AutomateReview solution designs and technical approaches to ensure quality and consistencyOversee bot monitoring, incident management, and production supportContinuously improve automation frameworks, standards, and development practicesTeam & Vendor LeadershipProvide direction, coaching, and oversight to RPA developers, analysts, and delivery partnersManage vendor relationships where applicableEnsure delivery capacity aligns with business demand and prioritiesValue Tracking & ReportingDefine and track automation benefits, including efficiency gains, cycle time reduction,

and technology standards.Salary:$86,000.00 - $160,000.00Pay Type:SalariedThe above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
