With over 20 years of experience, we’re adding recent training programs and consultancy services to meet increasing demand across Canada.The RoleThe Marketing & Design Coordinator is responsible for the day‑to‑day execution of LEA’s marketing and design work. You will produce the visual collateral that powers our proposals, training programs, and partner channels; manage our digital marketing platforms; and serve as the operational touchpoint with our cohort partners and our paid media agency.This is a hands‑on execution role. Strategy is owned by the VP North America. You will work alongside an existing external marketing agency partner and a part‑time senior marketing advisor.Reports to: VP North AmericaWorks closely with: Part‑time Marketing Advisor; external paid media agencyKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and creative production (~50%)Design proposals, training presentations, RFP and RFQ responses, brochures, and one‑pagers using Canva and PowerPointProduce social media graphics, email visuals, and digital ad creativeBuild and maintain co‑branded materials for cohort partnersMaintain LEA’s brand asset library and ensure consistency across all materialsMarketing execution (~30%)Lead LEA’s social media end‑to‑end: plan the content calendar in line with strategic objectives and direction, create posts (leveraging AI where practical), maintain the content queue,
