The successful candidate will expertly transfer motion using retargeting techniques while adhering to the actors' performances for optimal quality. You'll also adapt character interactions and mentor junior team members to raise overall project standards.

Key Responsibilities:



• Proficiently retarget motion data between hierarchies • Adjust and enhance actor performances non-destructively • Improve character interactions with props and environments • Add subtle animations like fingers, toes, or tails • Mentor junior animators while maintaining high quality

Requirements: • Degree in Computer Animation, VFX, or equivalent • Experience with MotionBuilder, Blender, or Maya • Robust showreel showcasing high-end VFX work • Excellent understanding of retargeting techniques • Capable of identifying technical issues proactively
