We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Refuelerto join our aviation operations team. The Refueler is responsible forperforming aircraft fueling and related ramp operations in a safe, efficient,and professional manner. This position operates fuel trucks and ground supportequipment, maintains fuel quality and equipment, completes requireddocumentation, and provides professional service while following all company,safety, and regulatory requirements. The role requires a strong commitment to safety,equipment care, teamwork, and maintaining a clean and organized rampenvironment. Responsible to clean and maintain FuelTrucks (daily checks, periodic inspections & monthly preventativemaintenance). Strict adherence to safety rules whileperforming all duties, including ground, ramp, and equipment use. Maintain a tidy and orderly work areaexhibiting pride in work performance and contributing to a healthy and safework environment. Comply with and participate in theCompany’s Health & Safety and Quality programs and initiatives. Aircraft Fuelling, Movement, Placementand Inventory Control of Aviation fuel. Ensure exceptional, courteous, andrespectful customer service. Manoeuvre trucks into loading and/orunloading positions.



Fuel Quality Control on Fuel trucks andFuel tanks. Responsible for cleaning GSE equipmentand buildings. Operate various types of ground serviceequipment. Determine needed supplies andequipment. Perform any other duties as required. Qualifications

Physical requirements includeconsiderable use of your arms and legs, climbing, lifting 60lbs repeatedly,balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials. Able to work both independently andcollaboratively as a productive member of the TNDC Team Knowledge of aviation refuellingequipment and associated equipment is preferred. Able to deal with people sensitively,tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally. Previous experience in the aviationindustry in a similar role would be an asset. Basic mathematics, trouble shootingskills and excellent attention to detail. Must work in all types of weatherconditions, including inclement weather. Class 3 driver’s license with Air BrakeEndorsement is required. Clear Driver’s Abstract is required asa condition of employment. Must work shift work, weekends,overtime and stat holidays. Able to effectively communicate bothverbally and in writing. Able to lift or move up to 60 lbsindependently. A strong work ethic and positive teamattitude. First Aid and CPR would be an asset. Able to work in confined spaces. Punctual, reliable and diligent. Working Conditions

Ability to lift and handle luggage,cargo, and equipment up to 60 lbs.



Exposure to noise from aircraftoperations and ground equipment. Work performed in all weatherconditions, including extreme cold, wind, rain, and snow. Variable schedule including earlymornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shift work may be required to alignwith flight schedules. Fast-paced environment with frequentinterruptions and changing priorities. Strict adherence to airport safety andsecurity protocols. Required use of personal protectiveequipment (PPE) such as hearing protection, high-visibility vests, and safetyfootwear. Work independently and collaborativelywith other TNDC Airport Services team members and airline personnel Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing

Provide guidance, training, andmentorship to team members, especially local Tahltan workers, by sharingtechnical skills, safety practices, and industry knowledge in a respectful andculturally aware manner. Uphold Tahltan values and principles by fostering awork environment built on respect, teamwork, and mutual learning. Support thegrowth of the Tahltan workforce by helping build capacity, promoting secure andeffective work practices, and ensuring that knowledge is passed on tostrengthen both the team and the broader Tahltan community for the benefit ofcurrent and future generation. Conditions of Employment

Pass mandatory pre-employment drug andalcohol test The ability to repetitively lift/move upto 60 lbs. and maintain high levels of performance throughout shift. Ability to maintain performance duringduration of shift and extreme weather conditions. Willingness to learn all airportoperations and to be a team player to ensure operations run smoothly. Wear suitable attire for all weatherconditions and ensure the use of necessary personal protective equipment (PPE)
