About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior Construction Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects in Kimberley . This leadership role involves managing all facets of project delivery, from pre-construction planning through to final handover, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead project teams, manage subcontractors, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and implement effective construction strategies. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing complex projects, robust leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the construction lifecycle in the Northern Cape . Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all construction activities for assigned projects from inception to completion. Develop and execute comprehensive project management plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee and manage all site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes.



Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications, providing regular project updates. Implement risk management strategies and resolve on-site issues promptly. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction management, with a focus on large projects. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget. Robust leadership, negotiation, and decision‑making skills. In‑depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management software. Professional certifications such as PMP or Pr.CM are highly regarded. Benefits
