We are looking for a licensed Structural Pest Control Technician to join Arcadia Pest Control for the upcoming busy season. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the independence of the road but thrives in a supportive team environment.While this position begins as a seasonal contract (March through September), we are looking for top-tier talent to transition into a year-round, full-time role based on performance and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesInspections: Conduct thorough interior and exterior building inspections to identify pest activity, harborage areas, and entry points.Treatment: Prepare and apply chemical and non-chemical treatments in strict accordance with MOE regulations and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) standards.Documentation: Produce accurate, digital reports for all work performed, ensuring compliance and clear communication for the client.Customer Engagement:
