Full Circle Brew Co. is opening a recent bar and restaurant at Fenwick, Newcastle, seeking a Chef de Partie to join a fast-moving kitchen. You will work closely with the Kitchen Manager to deliver every dish to an exacting standard, under pressure and with pride in output. The role requires solid Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef experience in a high-volume concept (burger/fried chicken preferred). Level 2 Food Hygiene is required or obtainable before starting.
