Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented Chef to lead our culinary team and craft exceptional dining experiences. As a key member of our restaurant, you will oversee food preparation, ensure high standards of quality and safety, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding service. Responsibilities

- Lead food preparation and cooking activities, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations
- Be able to utilize kitchen appliances efficiently and with expertise (fryer, oven, pan, etc.)
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a cohesive and efficient team
- Manage food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices in compliance with health regulations
- Oversee food inventory, ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels without waste
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area,

Requirements

- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English is optional
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management within the food industry
- Have strong teamwork ability and work on a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, handling procedures, and sanitation practices
- Excellent skills in food service operations, including preparation of dishes
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Leadership qualities that motivate staff and foster a positive work atmosphere
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience with a focus on culinary excellence and customer satisfaction
