We are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer who is energized by the opportunity to lead organizational renewal, strengthen culture, build trust, and position the organization for long-term sustainability and impact.

This is a unique chance for a values-driven executive leader who can bring people together around a shared vision, strengthen operational and financial performance, deepen community partnerships, and champion the mission of an organization that plays a vital role in the London community.

The Opportunity

Reporting jointly to the BGC London Board of Directors and the Boys and Girls Club of London Foundation Board, the CEO will provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of the organization.

The next CEO will lead the organization through an important period of stabilization and transformation, with an immediate focus on:

- Providing clear, authentic and transparent leadership
- Enhancing financial sustainability and operational effectiveness
- Building trust and strengthening organizational culture




- Developing and implementing a new strategic direction
- Strengthening governance and Board partnerships
- Building strong relationships with staff, volunteers, funders, donors, government partners and the broader community
- Advancing BGC London's reputation, visibility and impact

Who We're Looking For The successful candidate is a people-oriented, collaborative leader with a demonstrated ability to lead organizations through change while keeping people engaged, informed and aligned.

You bring:

- Executive leadership experience within the nonprofit, public, community, social services, healthcare, education, municipal or related sectors
- Experience leading organizational change, modernization or transformation initiatives
- Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and sustainability planning
- Experience working closely with Boards of Directors and navigating governance relationships




- Success building partnerships with funders, donors, government stakeholders and community organizations
- A proven ability to develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of trust, accountability and inclusion
