Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and energetic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our company and driving our financial strategy and planning. This includes financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, tax planning, and financial analysis.

The CFO will work closely with the CEO and other senior executives to provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making and drive business growth.

Responsibilities and duties:

· Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and objectives

· Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and the board of directors

· Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

· Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure

· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards





· Lead and develop the finance team, providing guidance and mentorship

· Evaluate and manage financial risks, including investment and financing decisions

· Drive process improvements and efficiencies in financial operations

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred

· 3+ years of experience in Finance leadership roles, with a proven track record of success

· Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices

· Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills

· Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

· Experience in [specific industry or relevant sector]

· Proven leadership and team management abilities

· Valid Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
