Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social development.
- Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, diapering, and outdoor play
- Collaborate with lead teachers and other staff to create an inclusive environment that accommodates children with diverse abilities, including those with disabilities.
- Engaging children in conversations, games, and educational activities that stimulate curiosity.
- Maintain a clean,
organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards at all times.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their children
Experience
- Prior classroom experience working with children in early childhood education settings
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Knowledge of teaching strategies suitable for early childhood development enhances your ability to support learning activities effectively.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to childcare environments ensures a secure setting for all children.
Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
