Centura Building Systems is looking for a Cladding Installer helper (Nanaimo).

Job will run until the end of October

Requirements

- Assist cladding installer with day-to-day ACM installation activities
- Move and stage ACM panels and other cladding materials
- Sort and organize panels according to panel numbers, elevations, drawings, and installation sequence
- Pre-bend/fold pre-cut and routed ACM panels in accordance with shop drawings and instructions
- Prepare ACM panels for installation, including basic assembly and attachment of required components
- Handle finished ACM carefully to prevent scratching, denting, bending, or other damage
- Perform general construction labour including clean-up, garbage removal, material organization, and maintaining clean work areas
- Follow instruction from foreman, cladding installer, and site supervisor
- Previous ACM cladding experience is an asset.
- Appropriate PPE (Steel Toe and hard hat)

Certification

- WHIMIS training

Job Type: Full time Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
