As the Claims Learning Trainer you will be the instructional expert on learning platforms and deliver claims training in partnership with subject matter experts. You will maintain claims learning programs, facilitate group discussions, and use various techniques to encourage and support transfer of knowledge.

How you will create impact:

- Delivering training and supporting learners in gaining knowledge and skill competency in virtual and face-to-face environments.
- Applying knowledge of adult learning principles to effectively communicate and translate complex technical terms and processes for learners.
- Reviewing,



monitoring and updating claims curricula and training materials for existing programs to ensure content is current and relevant.
- Collaborating with specialists and subject matter experts to develop topic-specific learning outcomes, including the research, design and development of learning plans.
- Creating a client service culture and embedding client engagement practices into the design, development, and delivery of claims training, in order to build knowledge and service expertise.

To join our team:

- You have three years of experience in training development and delivery.
- You have a post-secondary education, preferably in adult learning or related field.
- You have an in-depth knowledge of the practical application of adult learning theories, blended learning strategies, and an understanding of insurance/claims concepts.
- Having the Chartered Insurance Skilled (CIP) or Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) designation(s) would be an asset.

Salary information Expected salary $60,574.00 to $100,956.00 CAD

Salary placement The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.

Incentive/Variable pay

Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
