Lead Client sustainability efforts as the current Strategy Manager at Sun Life, where you’ll drive impactful engagement and strategic planning for Client initiatives.
In this critical role, you will apply 3 to 5 years of experience to shape Sun Life’s sustainability framework. This hybrid position will require strong analytical skill sets and the ability to turn complex data into effective communication strategies for diverse Clients. You’ll support both reporting on sustainability impacts and proactive Client engagement based on insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research Client sustainability priorities and emerging trends
• Develop insights to drive Client business development efforts
• Analyze sustainability data for internal reporting




• Prepare Client-specific sustainability communications
• Address Client sustainability inquiries and provide timely responses
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 to 5 years in sustainability or business strategy
• Strong analytical and strategic ability
• Superior communication and presentation skills
• Proven relationship management capabilities
• Familiarity with ESG topics is a plus
